WCA’s Parent Teacher League (PTL) was founded last year as a way to help provide extra hands to assist in the execution of school events and foster a larger spirit of involvement and community with our families.

This year, the PTL is focusing on three specific efforts to support WCA this year:

• ways in which we can appreciate teachers and staff,
• ways in which we can help build community and assist with service projects, and
• ways in which we can assist with fundraising.

We plan to show our appreciation to teachers and staff are with luncheons, mailbox treats, and a coffee/tea bar. We will build community and assist with service projects through Operation Christmas Child, the Christmas float and tailgate socials/basketball games.  We will also plan to help with fundraising with events such as spirit nights at Chick-fil-a on Mooretown Rd, spirit night at Papa Murphy’s, an Italian dinner at Old Town Pizza, Box Tops, and selling flowers for Flowering the Cross.  Please consider getting involved in PTL and participating in the many opportunities to support WCA throughout the year.  You can contact us at ptl@williamsburgchristian.org with any questions or suggestions.
