WCA Announces Rob Campbell as Head of Administration

WCA is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Campbell to the position of Head of Administration, effective March 7th. A newly created position, the Head of Administration will oversee all business and support operations of the school, including finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, development, marketing and admissions.

imageRob has a deep love for Christian education and ministry. Prior to joining WCA, Rob had built an excellent career around successful business administration, industrial and financial management, and included work with several non-profits. Rob began his career in 1976 at Newport News Shipbuilding, where he graduated and later taught at the Apprentice School.

He then started and operated his own business, R. J. Campbell Builder, for 12 years as a successful custom home builder in Williamsburg.

The call to ministry then brought him to Williamsburg Community Chapel where he spent nearly 19 years as the Executive of Administration. At the Chapel, Rob was pivotal in the expansion of their main building through two additions and was able to help retire the entire mortgage from that expansion in the span of just a few years through fundraising efforts.

Rob and his wife Tina have lived in Williamsburg for the past 32 years.
