Extracurriculars: Clubs, Teams and Societies

In addition to standard offerings in the arts and athletics, Williamsburg Christian Academy hosts a variety of other clubs, societies, and additional extracurricular activities that engage our students in pursuits that interest them, and to support our work in missions and community service.

With the exception of Honor Societies and Student Government, the extracurriculars that we offer are determined by our students and what they want, combined with whether we have a faculty or staff member, or WCA community member with experience in or passion around those activities. This ensures that our students are enthusiastic about the clubs we support, and that those clubs are a top-notch experience under the engaged direction of an invested leader.  

In years past we have had Film and Technology clubs that have placed in the top levels of C-SPAN's video contest, and won the school the lockers that are currently upstairs. We have had EcoClub, an environmental stewardship club, Lego Robotics, a Mock trial club, and currently have an active chess club and a chapter of Key Club, a service-based club.
