Strategic Plan
In the Fall of 2019, the WCA’s Head of School, Johnny Graham, and the Board of Directors developed a strategic proposal targeting WCA's enrollment growth and strengthening the academic program to establish long-term stability for our school. This plan, which spans five years holds specific milestones for the growth and development of our ministry.
The WCA 5-Year Strategic Plan Includes:
Submission of application to International Baccalaureate World (IBW) for 2021 authorization of its Diploma Program for strategic high school enrollment growth and academic improvement, followed by application and authorization for the IB Primary Years Program and Middle Years Program within the 5-year timetable.
Launch of a four-year capital campaign and messaging to prospective donors and friends of the ministry to provide for future improvements and an endowment fund.
Launch of our recruitment campaign to expand our domestic and international boarding program to families desiring a Christian education at an East Coast US location.
Release of our 2021-22 and 2022-23 Balanced Year Calendars to WCA families for improvement of student development.
