Mark your calendar so you don’t forget to donate during our Givelocal757 fundraising drive! We are shooting for a goal of engagement of 250 discrete donations, no matter whether those are $10 or $10,000. We are shooting for several very specific prizes, which we would like to share with you now:

1. Grand Prize winner: Obviously, we would like to win the $5,000 grand prize for highest number of unique donations. It will most likely require far higher than the 250 target we have set to win this, so get your cousins, uncles, hairstylist and college roommate’s dog in on the action. Remember: 1 donation of $10 is as powerful as 1 donation of $1,000 in terms of this prize challenge!
2. Best in Show Category Prize: We feel strongly that among the 42 educational institutions, with this as our only community-oriented fundraiser, we can compete for this prize of $757

3. Time dependent prizes: Since most of our parents are dropping off near 7:57AM at school, we are going to try to rally our donations on or very near 7:57AM to win a $757 prize for most discrete donation received in proximity to 7:57AM. For those tied up with work for the 7:57AM target, we will back up that target with the Afternoon Sprint Prize, 3 – 4 pm which is $757 awarded to the organization that receives the most unique donations during this time. If you are work at that point, just take a quick break and push your donation over….no matter how small, yours could be the donation that wins the $757!!
