On occasion, WCA will need to send out critical messages to you. We will do this both with the Phone alert system, and also with our built in text alert system in the Praxi Management system. This is a tutorial on how to get yourself set up for Text alerts.

1. Login to your Parent Portal by clicking here. (A new window will open up so you can go back and forth between this tutorial and Praxi

2. Once logged in, select ‘Online Forms’ from the top menu.

From the drop down menu that will appear, select Contact Info.

3. In the form that opens, along the right will be listed your contact information. input a cell number, and click on the arrow in the Cell Carrier box to display the list of service carriers.

4. After selecting your cell phone service provider, click save at the bottom

You are done! It’s that easy! From this point forward you will receive text alerts for any critical messages, event updates and high priority news from WCA!
