Williamsburg Christian Academy Inducts Six New Members to Both National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society

On Wednesday, May 18th, Williamsburg Christian Academy inducted six new students to both its National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society.

The following are the newest members of the National Honor Society:

Carter Bruck
Rachel Burch
Armani Franklin
Ryan Lopez
Nicole Musfelt
Anya Noyes

The National Honor Society (NHS) is the nation’s premier organization established to recognize outstanding high school,students. More than just an honor roll, NHS serves to recognize those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service and character. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since its beginning in 1921.

The following were inducted to the National Art Honor Society:

Emily Jutras
Mae Balko
Rachel Burch
Anah Taylor
Aquazia Jones
Patricia Davie

In 1978, the National Art Education Association began the National Art Honor Society program (NAHS) to inspire and recognize students who have shown an outstanding ability and interest in art. The NAHS strives to aid members in attaining the highest standards in art scholarship, character, service and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community.
