Participant Parking and Drop Off:  Parent parking to drop off youth participants OR parking for participants will be at The School of Education off Monticello Ave.– there is a pedestrian path that takes 7-9 minutes to walk to the assembly area at Compton & Brooks Street (approximately 2000 feet long).  All participants are required to be in the assembly area between 6:15 AM and 7:00 AM.  The parade begins promptly at 8:00 AM.  The WCA parade number is 308.  Please have this number available in order to enter the parking and assembly areas.

Parade Route:  Parade route is down Richmond Rd. beginning at Brooks Street and through Merchant’s Square onto Henry Street, ending at the corner of Henry and Francis Streets.  The parade begins promptly at 8:00 AM.

Dispersal Area and Pick Up: The dispersal area is at Bicentennial Park on West Court Street.  There is no participant parking at Bicentennial Park, parents will need to walk to pick up their children as the parade has many vehicles still making their way to the dispersal area.
