Re-enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year is now open. Re-enroll your students for the 2022-2023 school year before March 15 to receive a $500-$1000 tuition discount (grade-specific) per student applied to next year’s tuition, and to save your spot in your student’s next grade. Enrollment will be first come-first served, as classes fill, waitlists will be created.
Please review the 2022/2023 Tuition Fee Schedule and Policies carefully prior to re-enrollment. There have been several important changes to the annual academic and activities fees.
The following are instructions on using the new FACTS system to re-enroll. Praxi will no longer be available to use for re-enrollment. The first step in re-enrollment is to set up your FACTS Family portal, which will open a host of other capabilities for you in addition to re-enrollment.
The FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades, attendance, and conduct, as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.
Here’s how to access our easy-to-use Family Online Portal:
--In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer go to https://wca-va.client.renweb.com/pwr/.
--Our School Code (WCA-VA) will already be preloaded. Click Create New Family Portal Account
--Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to
create your login. The link is active for 6 hours.
--From the email, click the link to create your Family Portal (ParentsWeb) login.
A web browser displays your Name and FACTS SIS Person ID.
--Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.
--Click Save User Name and/or Password. A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated"
You may now log in to Family Portal using your new user name and password.
